Q1. How do I book?
A. The best way to book with us is by phoning 07526 711611, alternatively you can email Tom@bundlesofbounce.com or complete the online booking form by clicking here.

Q2. How much notice should I give before booking?
A. You may book anytime but we advise to book as early as possible to avoid dissapointment. Having said that it is possible to book for next day or even on the day.

Q3. When are your castles available?
A. 7 days a week, all year round including bank holidays.

Q4. What’s included in the price?
A. The price includes delivery and the set up of the bouncy castle with the correct equipment so its ready to use. We also collect and pack away the castle and equipment for you as well.

Q5. How long does it take to set-up?
A. One castle will take roughly 10 mins to fully set-up and roughly 20 mins to pack away,

Q6. How long is the hire for?
A. An average hire is normally 6 hours but it can be arranged if you need the equipment for shorter/longer. When booking specify the time you need the equipment ready for and when you will be finished and we wil confirm with you.

Q7. How do I pay?
A. The best way is to pay with cash upon delivery. We can’t accept credit/debit cards. If you wish to pay by cheque we would need to receive the payment in sufficient time before your booking to alow the funds to clear.

Q8. Do I need to leave a deposit and what happens if I need to cancel?
A. No deposit is required. If you need to cancel we ask that you would kindly let us know in advance by at least 48 hours.

Q9. What if it rains?
A. Castles can be used in the rain. Our electric leads and blowers are water proof. Most castles come with a shower cover to protect from light rain, but if heavy rain the castles will get wet. You’re welcome to cancel within 48 hours notice if its forecast to rain. We wish we could control the weather and make it sunny all year round but unfortunately we cant. Q10. Where can the castle be set up?
A. We prefer to set up on grass or indoor halls. We can set up on concrete as long as it is clear of stones and debri. We can not set up on gravel.

Q11. How much space will I need?
A. The size of the castles are specified. Please allow 4ft at the front for the safety mat, 5ft at the rear for the blower and 1ft at the sides for access. Also please make sure that the area you wish to have the castle is clear before we arrive.

Q12. Is there anything I need to provide apart from payment?
A. We supply all the hardware for the castle. You will need to provide access to a standard 240 volt mains power supply. (If electric isn’t available you can hire a petrol blower but at extra cost). You wil need to sign a disclaimer when hiring. For full terms & conditions click here. Also you will need to provide 2 forms of I.D. i.e. Drivers Licence, Utility Bill etc. this forms part of the hire agreement.

Q13. Do you supply safety instructions?
A. Yes we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire. You can view a copy here.

Q14. Does your public liability insurance cover us for when we hire.
A. No, the public liability insurance we have only covers if we man the event. Our policy states that when infltables are hired from us it is the responsibility of the person/organisation hiring to take out their own day policy.
