TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE
The company hires the equipment to the Hirer on the following terms and conditions. If the Hirer is in any doubt as to the meaning of the following, a representative from Bundles of Bounce should immediately be consulted.
TERMS
The Hirer: The person who hires, or by signature on the booking form, accepts the hire on behalf of a third party or organisation, company, public body, charity or the like, accepts responsibility for the operations and safe keeping of the equipment.
The Equipment: The property of the company, detailed in the order along with it’s ancillary equipment.

CONDITIONS
The Hirer will during the period of the hiring, be responsible for the supervision of the equipment, its care, safety from damage however slight of any sort, and the behaviour of all persons of all ages using the equipment whatever their capacity, including proper supervision of children to ensure children under school age use the equipment separately to older children or adults. The Hirer will assume full responsibility for any damage to or loss of the equipment or part thereof, howsoever caused.
The Hirer agrees to show the Company identification such as a driving licence or a recent utility bill. Identification must match the address of where the equipment will be placed. In circumstances
Maximum age allowed to use this equipment is from ______ to ______ years, failure to observe this limit at any time during the hire period will render the Hirer liable for associated repair costs.
It is agreed by the Hirer that, should the equipment be used for an event where the public are admitted, whether or not a charge is made for either entrance to the vent or admittance to the equipment, the organisers of the event will affect a suitable public liability insurance (minimum £1m). The Hirer accepts full responsibility for ensuring that this has been done before confirming a booking.
It is understood by the Hirer, or any person authorised by the hirer to operate the equipment, that the Company is not responsible for accidents to any person or damage to any property however caused in connection with or by the use of the equipment, and the Hirer hereby agrees to indemnify the Company against damage howsoever caused to or loss of the equipment, claims or proceedings whatsoever or in respect of any personal injury whatsoever.
The Hirer shall not use the equipment for any purpose other than that described in the hiring agreement, use the equipment or allow the equipment to be used for any unlawful purpose.
Re-hiring of the equipment to a third party is expressly forbidden except with prior approval and written permission of the Company.
The Hirer shall be deemed to have inspected the equipment and to have agreed that it is supplied in good condition unless he/she brings to the attention of the Company when it is set up and checked by the hirer when coming in to possession of the equipment any faults noted by the Hirer.
The Hirer agrees either to insure the equipment against loss, theft or damage beyond economical repair on a “new for old” basis or alternatively indemnify the Company in a similar amount. All monies received by the Hirer from an insurance company or from any other source in settlement of such claims shall be held in trust by the hirer and paid to the Company on demand. The Hirer shall not compromise any claim without express consent of the Company.
The Hirer agrees that the equipment will not be used during inclement weather conditions, e.g. high wind, heavy rainstorms or the like. In particular the blower unit is disconnected from the mains supply and removed to a place of safety.
The Company reserve the right to cancel hire and at the discretion of the company return the hire fee. If in the opinion of the Company the weather conditions prevailing at the time of delivery are inappropriate to the use of the inflatable unit. The company also reserves the right to cancel the hire or offer an alternative inflatable should the original unit be unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of the Company.
Public Liability Insurance is excluded in its entirety following any claim or injury to any third party or employee whether directly or indirectly related to the use of drugs and/or alcohol. The Company excludes any liability for injury loss or damage caused to any person using the equipment contrary to the terms and conditions of this contract.
IMPORTANT NOTICE. Provided that the equipment is used in accordance with the safety guidelines and terms and conditions of hire, those using the inflatable should do so safely. However, accidents can happen. The Company can accept no liability for injuries sustained or any other loss, howsoever caused, in the absence of the negligence of the Company or its employees. As the equipment will be in the hirers possession and control whilst in use rather than the Company, any liability for injuries or other losses caused other than in the circumstances described above rests with the hirer. Accordingly, it is strongly recommended that the hirer has adequate public liability insurance covering his or her liability arising from the use of the inflatable.
I declare that I have read, understood and accept these terms and conditions of hire, safety guidelines and any relevant operating and safety instructions supplied with this equipment, and I sign the contract fully aware of the implications and responsibilities placed upon me by doing so.

SAFETY GUIDELINES
This unit has an age limit of (bundles of bounce will specify) years. Please ensure no-one over this age uses the equipment.
No food or drink to be consumed on the inflatable. (to avoid choking and mess)
All shoes, badges, jewellery, (i.e. large earrings, necklaces etc.) MUST be removed. It is recommended that spectacles are also removed.
No face-paints, party-poppers, coloured streamers or “silly string” must be used near or on the inflatable, as they can make a terrible mess and permanently stain the unit.
No smoking near the inflatable.
Climbing, hanging, or sitting on the walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed.
A responsible adult must supervise the INFLATABLE at all times.
Ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded, and limit the numbers depending on age and size of children using it. If the children are colliding into each other then it is too crowded.
Try to avoid large children and small children from using the inflatable at the same time. Some children require strict supervision.
If the inflatable is not being used for any part of the day, please switch the blower off at the mains, this will reduce your electric bill!
Do not allow anyone to bounce on the step/front apron. The step is there to help users get on and off.
Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems are allowed on the inflatable.
Do not allow users to be on the unit during inflation or deflation.
In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the inflatable be switched off. Any wetness, including bubbling can be dried with a towel.

GLADIATOR DUEL – Protective headgear/neck-brace & gloves MUST be worn at all times. The inflatable MUST NOT be used as a bouncy castle. No other people should be on the inflatable whilst duelling is taking place.
